What service is used to ship items?
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used. Cards are sent via First Class Mail, and blankets are sent via Parcel Post; all items will include a tracking number.

How long is handling of ordered items?
It typically takes one business day to ship the items. Shipment cannot take place without payment, though, so prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

Can payments be made for items?
Yes, I gladly take payments for larger orders and blanket orders. Just contact me and I can send you an invoice via PayPal. I like to offer 3 payments of equal amount, but I can work with the customer to fit their budget. Products cannot be sent until final payment is received, however.

Can I make a special request for a certain design on a card or blanket?
Yes, you are more than welcome to contact me to request a certain character, color scheme, brand, animal, etc.. All our products are handmade, so there is a slight time delay on getting orders to you- usually less than a week. Blanket material will be ordered accordingly. Cards can be made customized, however copyright restrictions will limit brands we can print. I appreciate payment ahead of time for the order, or I will take a smaller deposit.

What are the specifications of the blankets?
All blankets are fleece (unless otherwise indicated). They are typically 2.5 feet (24.5 inches) or 4 feet (48 inches) by 4 feet (48 inches), unless otherwise indicated. Blankets are what is known as tie blankets/no-sew blankets, and they are made by cutting and then tying two pieces of fabric along the edges.

Can blankets be washed and or dried?
Yes, all blankets can be machine-washed and -dried with dark colors in a delicate cycle.

Do blankets require maintenance?
All blankets are double-knotted when made and are very sturdy. No maintenance, such as re-tying, is needed.
